- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience in construction management / project delivery with wastewater infrastructure exposure
- Strong knowledge of wastewater systems (networks, pumping stations) and familiarity with contract administration concepts (FIDIC or similar advantageous)
- Proficiency with planning/reporting tools (e.g., Primavera P6 / MS Project and PMO reporting systems)
- Strong reporting, coordination and stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
