- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or an equivalent relevant discipline
- More than 20 years of post-graduate professional experience, including at least 10 years of experience in a similar project or programme risk management role
- Professional experience in the Middle East is required
- Experience integrating risk management with programme controls, cost management, contract administration, change control, claims, quality and stakeholder management
- Experience with Active Risk Manager is strongly preferred
