- Parsons is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead Construction Management Services (CMS) in support of a major U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) program
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15+ years with a m inimum of 5 years of experience in program management for construction management services, with at least 10 years preferred for senior-level consideration
- Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), USACE practices, and applicable codes/standards
- Proficiency in project management tools and USACE RMS
