- Working with the Vaxcom Security Training Program Manager to create, review, revise and deliver mandatory training courses in order to keep officers' required certifications current
- Performing extensive time and attendance certification on a weekly basis
- Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of related physical security experience or high school diploma plus 10 years+ of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience at any level
- Demonstrated experience in working with Client leadership and Program Managers on a daily basis to address issues, changes, and modifications that will impact job requirements
