- Advise on contractual entitlement, risk allocation, and interpretation of contract provisions under FIDIC and similar forms of Contract
- Assess the value of completed works and administer interim payment applications and certification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying (Ideally RICS Accredited)
- Knowledge with international forms of Contract particularly FIDIC/CESSM3
