- Bachelor’s degree in, Construction Management, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in contract administration and management on large, multidisciplinary construction projects, including hospitality, resort, and hotel developments
- Strong experience with FIDIC and other international standard forms of contract
- Proven expertise in managing claims, variations, and extensions of time, including entitlement assessment and negotiation
- Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and contract drafting/negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
