- Experience in facility asset and condition assessments, facility master planning, capital improvement planning, and program and construction management services
- Ability to balance business development, operational management, and strategic sales to maximize client engagement and contract conversion
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Business, or Construction Management (or a related field) is preferred, along with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of commercial construction codes and their application to existing facilities
