- To have: Relevant university degree, e.g. construction, engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strategies, methodologies and practices across relevant sectors such as rail, highways, nuclear, public sector or hospitals
- Good knowledge of PMO and Project Controls tools and software, including MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 and RiskHive
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
