Requirements (from the posting)
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a recognised university
- Professional engineering qualification or chartership such as CEng, ICE, CIHT or equivalent would be advantageous
- Project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent would be beneficial
- Significant experience in infrastructure design management and delivery on major building, masterplan, or mixed-use development programmes
- Demonstrable experience of Dubai infrastructure and utility authority approvals, including coordination with RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees and telecom/service providers
