- To have: Previous experience in a cost consultancy practice in a similar role
- Previous experience working with Education sector clients is desirable, but not essential
- JCT form of contract experience essential with some knowledge of NEC. Cost planning, budgeting and estimating experience
- Some knowledge of contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction
- Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on contract administration
