Requirements (from the posting)
- Support the Associate Project Manager with the preparation and issuance of Take-Over Certificates, Defect Liability Certificates, Final Accounts and Statements of Completion, as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred
- Knowledge of construction supervision services
- Good knowledge of scheduling and planning software (e.g. Primavera)
