- Analysing project variations, preparing commercial reports, and recommending budget adjustments where required
- A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 7 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor on road and infrastructure projects
- A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management, cost control, variations, claims, and interim payment assessments
- Proficiency in measurement of works from drawings and site records, including electronic measurement systems
