- Develop and review cost estimates across AACEI classifications (Class 5 to Class 2)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in estimating for resources, mining, or minerals processing projects, ideally in a lead or senior capacity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior estimators and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with estimating software
