- Relevant vocational qualification in a technical trade or engineering discipline
- Extensive experience in Defence maintenance, including experience in a leadership role
- Experience in maintenance management and leading teams to develop and manage Product Baseline data and documentation
- Strong knowledge of Defence maintenance and configuration management systems (e.g. CMT-U, AMPS, APLCRATES/NAVALLOW)
