- The following qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of MEP construction management experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility and project complexity
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing MEP contractors, budgets exceeding $10M, and complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Proven experience with large-scale MEP installations including chillers, boilers, emergency power systems, fire protection, and advanced building automation
- Previous experience in MEP consulting, commissioning, or owner's representation roles preferred
