- Deputise for the Project Manager in meetings and decision-making when required
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 8 to 12 years' experience in construction or project management, including at least 3 years in a project management or deputy project management role
- Minimum 3 years' PMC or consultancy experience in the UAE , with working knowledge of UAE authority processes, local approvals and market practice
- Working knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract forms, including variations, claims and EOT
