- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline
- Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in managing complex real estate projects, preferably in international contexts or with consulting/project management firms
- Deep knowledge of Italian building regulations and project management best practices (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
