- 5-8 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level
- Proficient in CAFM systems and Bluebeam preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookups, cell calculations, formulas, etc.) and headcount and space demand analysis for 1:1 and agile populations
- Strong Project Management skills and mindset and proficiency with project management tools
