- Develop detailed project budgets including hard and soft costs, demonstrating firm knowledge of construction cost/benefit analysis and conducting value engineering initiatives
- Demonstrate proficiency in space planning, programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases with client teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management
- 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements
