- Support the pre-qualification process and evaluation of contractors
- Certify final payment claims and prepare cost reports, including finalisation of the account, for client sign-off
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field (QS/Engineering), and/or up to five years’ experience (CM/QS)
- Have good experience in the pre-construction as well as the construction phase of projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technologically savvy
