- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Professional membership with a recognised industry body such as RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE, or equivalent is desirable
- Minimum 15+ years' experience in contract administration, commercial management, or contract management within major infrastructure or construction projects
- Sound experience with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract
- Experience with contract governance controls, audit and compliance processes, and portfolio reporting workflows
