- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in international companies or a Shared Services environment
- Payroll & Legal Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of EMEA payroll processing (specifically for Poland), including statutory regulations, legal compliance…
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of any other European language is a plus
- Technical & Data Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll data elements, comfort working across systems, and advanced Excel skills for data conversion workbooks
