- (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have
- 5–10 years of experience in managing complex design and construction projects within mission-critical sectors such as data centers, high-tech labs, or MEP-heavy environments
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (UPS, chillers, BMS, fire protection), Spanish regulations, and project scheduling tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Degree in Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or local equivalent (e.g., Level 5 or 6 engineering qualifications)
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish with proven experience managing capital projects in Spain and the EU. Valuable fluency in Portuguese as well but not required
