- You will report directly to our Sr Director of ISC Transformation– Plant Productivity eXcellence (PPX)
- 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations, Lean, or plant productivity roles in a manufacturing environment
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain project management
- Experience with MOS governance, daily management, standard work, and sustainment in plant operations
- Demonstrated ability to work across operations, planning, materials, quality, maintenance, and engineering to drive execution
