- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, construction management, or project management
- Strong knowledge of project controls principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in cost management, scheduling, estimating, risk analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Proficiency with industry-standard project controls software and reporting tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Deltek Acumen, EcoSys, or similar platforms
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PSP (Planning Scheduling Professional), CCP (Certified Cost Professional), or equivalent professional certification
