- Advising the Customer on specialist services, including consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers required in connection with the project
- Reviewing the scope of contract and team appointments and advise on additional works required by third parties

- 10+ years of experience as a Consultant PM/owner representative
- Detailed knowledge of Data Centre handover and commissioning processes
