Requirements (from the posting)
- Relevant experience in estimating or cost management within complex engineering, infrastructure, nuclear, defence, manufacturing or regulated environments is preferred
- Strong first-principles estimating and cost assurance capability, with experience of developing transparent bases of estimate and challenging cost, schedule and risk inputs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a methodical approach and the confidence to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders
- Ideally qualified to HNC, HND or degree level in cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, construction law or another relevant discipline
- Professional qualification or membership of RICS, ACostE, APM, CIOB, CICES or another relevant professional body is desirable and will be supported if not already attained
