Requirements (from the posting)
- Assessing progress against the scope of works and supporting the preparation of payment recommendations or certificates
- Supporting the resolution of commercial issues and payment disputes where required
- Sound post-contract cost management experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or other mission-critical projects
- Proven experience in change management, including the assessment, administration, tracking, and reporting of project changes
- Good knowledge and experience of valuations, applications for payment, payment certification or recommendations, and associated commercial processes
