- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as a methodical way of thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstratable experience with cost assurance on major, complex programmes
- Professional qualifications and/or membership of the RICS, CIOB, APM, AcostE or other relevant Chartered Institute are desired, and will be supported if not already obtained
