- Verify quantities, completed works, equipment installations, and materials on site to support accurate valuation and payment certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in quantity surveying, including mechanical, electrical, process utility, HVAC, cleanroom, or building services valuation
- Working knowledge of FIDIC contract administration, including quantity measurement, valuation, variations, progress payments, claims support, and final account preparation
- Experience on industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom, EPC, data centre, or infrastructure projects
