- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience
- 10 or more years of estimating experience on large mining, heavy civil, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC/EPCM projects
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, progress measurement, cost control, forecasting, and estimate reconciliation
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, commercial documents, and field records
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based, multi-contractor environment
