Requirements (from the posting)
- Organize sub-contractor quotes when the bid is successful, re-writing binders to handover to the EllisDon execution team, and assisting, where required, in the buy-out process
- Oversee pre-qualification submissions, working alongside EllisDon’s Business Development and management teams
- 8-10 years of experience in ICI (Industrial, Commercial and Institutional) estimating or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- You have an advanced knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts as well as conceptual estimating and unit costs
- You have the ability to work effectively and accurately in time-sensitive situations while delegating to a team
