- 2 years of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Familiar with different types of project delivery methods such as Lump Sum, Design Build, Construction Management and Unit Price
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling related software such as: Oracle-Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling related software
- Familiar with the Lean Construction and Last Planner concepts
- Familiar with methodology of construction sequencing, and other scheduling philosophies
