Requirements (from the posting)
- Minimum 10+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects
- Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma, or equivalent work experience
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, company policies and procedures, union jurisdictions, and labour agreements/negotiations
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills
- Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance
