- You have a working knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts
- Ability to calculate mathematical extensions, read and understand engineering drawings, scope narratives, contracts, cost coding systems, etc. is essential
- Demonstrated estimating experience including time spent in mission critical including data center, pharma, industrial or life science sectors
- Demonstrated experience of developing estimates throughout the project lifecycle and phasing
- Ability to layout concept drawings/sketches for mechanical systems, based on architectural conceptual designs
