Requirements (from the posting)
- Be confident and skilled in the understanding and use of various contracts (as a minimum NEC JCT), identify unacceptable terms conditions and negotiate suitable alternatives
- Understand and have experience in the review and agreement of contract terms and conditions ensuring Legal governance is adhered to at all times
- Suitable experience of undertaking QS duties
- Ideally degree qualified: construction, cost management, engineering, quantity surveying or other RICS accredited degree
- MRICS / other equivalent qualification or experience
