- A dedicated Senior Project Manager with experience in educational facility project types
- Monitors and manages project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is required
- If the bachelor's degree is not in an AEC industry field, the candidate must be able to complete the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year of employment
- Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential may be substituted for the required education
