- Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in construction estimating, cost engineering or field project controls on large EPC projects is preferred
- Required Knowledge and Skills: Established proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and auditing complex formulas and managing large, linked estimating workbooks
- Working knowledge of construction indirect costs and how quantities, schedules, craft curves, and shift patterns affect indirect hours, durations, and peak headcount
- Familiarity with estimating tools such as Proscope, BETK, and Power BI, or the ability to learn them quickly
