- After reviewing plan and agenda with supervisor, conducts meeting and prepares and issues meeting notes delineating important statements, required actions and schedules
- Experience in the formation and administration of logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, vessel chartering, marine services, port services or related supply chain contracts
- Experience with international logistics, project cargo transportation, freight forwarding, marine transportation, heavy haulage or supply chain management activities
- Knowledge of logistics procurement models, freight pricing structures, vessel chartering concepts, Incoterms® and transportation risk allocation
- Experience interfacing with logistics providers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, vessel owners, charter brokers, port operators or transportation contractors
