- Embed within client or project teams where required, build trusted relationships, understand delivery priorities and agree proportionate HSE support
- Essential Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH), or demonstrable progress towards chartered status with equivalent professional competence
- HSE delivery experience in infrastructure, engineering, consultancy or another safety-critical environment
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and governance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients and limited supervision
