- Equally important is the ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations and effectively communicate technical information to clients, agencies…
- While experience with TransModeler is preferred, candidates with demonstrated expertise in comparable microsimulation platforms such as VISSIM or Aimsun will be considered
- Familiarity with FHWA processes, alternatives analysis, and transportation studies supporting NEPA documentation is preferred but not required
- Experience with traffic analysis software, such as Synchro, HCS, IHSDM, or other analysis tools is preferred
