- A good academic background with a relevant Level 8 Honours Degree and, ideally, an MSc or PhD in a relevant geotechnical or geological subject
- Chartered status CEng, MICE or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, developing client relationships and other project stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills and experienced leading teams within an interdisciplinary project environment
