- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, with proven experience delivering highways, infrastructure, or transportation projects
- Has and clear understanding and experience of construction contracts, particularly NEC4
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, or equivalent project management qualification desirable
- Demonstrable experience of budget and programme management
- Holds a valid UK driving licence and able to travel to sites across Buckinghamshire if required
