Requirements (from the posting)
- Experience in delivering M E and building services projects would be highly desirable given the nature of several current commissions and client requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships
- Knowledge and experience of administering projects under JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Professional membership or chartered status with APM, RICS, CIOB or an equivalent professional body, or working towards chartership
