- Join us as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and you ll be part of a team that delivers high-quality expertise and is driven
- Provide technical and contractual advice across NEC and other standard forms of contract, supporting robust administration and dispute avoidance
- Chartered with RICS or another recognised professional body, or working towards chartership with relevant experience
- Extensive NEC contract experience, including change management, payment, risk, forecasting, and final account processes
- Strong technical knowledge of cost management, procurement, contract administration, reporting, and commercial governance
