- Quantity Surveying, or equivalent relevant experience, with progress towards professional chartership (RICS or equivalent)
- Experience in cost planning, estimating, benchmarking and commercial management within infrastructure, construction or related sectors
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate insights effectively
- Knowledge of standard methods of measurement and cost management principles
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, cost management tools and data analysis software
