- Interim Valuations Payment Certification Review contractor interim payment applications
- Ensure payment certification is carried out in accordance with contractual requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Professional membership with RICS (MRICS/APC), AIQS, CIQS, ICE, or equivalent is preferred
- Additional qualifications in Commercial Management or Construction Law are advantageous
