- Chartered Engineer/Architect/Project Manager or equivalent with demonstrable experience managing the design and/or construction with experience on large infrastructure projects
- Understands and has experience in deploying various forms of construction contract, in particular NEC3 or 4 and/or bespoke forms of contract
- Experience of managing design projects to time, cost and quality objectives and familiar with programming and earned value techniques
