- Experience: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, and/or stormwater infrastructure projects, including Design-Build or alternative delivery experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity
- Attributes Strong knowledge of Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk and other collaborative delivery methods
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
