- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction cost controls, project controls, cost management, commercial management, or capital project delivery
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, cash flow, change management, invoice review, accruals, purchase orders, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, paired with communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, systems, workflows, and deadlines in a high-volume environment
